Ayeshah,yeah it is my day off today.Just took my kids to a new greek resturant that serves halal meat.Once my daughter's friend are here I'll take them to the mall.I think I'll even take a nap today.I have a severe headache for the last 3 days.I think the problem is when I get stressed out I suppress it so my family doesn't get effected.Now that I vented out to u guys ,it's much better.....Thanks for being such good listeners.I don't rememberbeing so stressed out in step 1,even though I was going through same kind of things(like going camping 2 weeks b 4 test)..Ayways thanks everybody..Good luck

I know it is not a good time to ask you about how to start preparation for step 2 ck ....but for those friends who still have some time, or who have just started their preparation ..plz do me a favor and give me some advices ..tips...anything useful to start my concentration and preparastion

Hi, everybody, I would like to join to your 2 CK study group?, may I?
Please tell me if this is enough?, I have to know, to change or to add more material.
Blueprints series, kaplan lecture notes, first aid, boards and wards, usmle world q bank, and some CMDT.
For example, I have heard many of you about the NBME, what is exactly that, is that a sample test or something like that, is it good to take it?
Is that enough to get 98 or more in 2 CK. Please advice me. I didnīt get a good score in step 1, so I must get a very good in this one.

Hi everybody. I Changed job recently(to earn more), now I'm working as a hospitalist. Studying for cs&ck to take both in august. Doing UW. Teaching english to my 8 yo son, doing housework. I admire Hamidi keeping up with more children.wish you all be fine...

hi Samerhasna, itīs nice to hear from you, too, really. Now iīve started with UW QB, actually today is my first day. I like it, I need it because it was being difficult for me to study only from textbooks, now with questions (MCQ) is going to be more dynamic and better, I guess.
So now, iīm doing UW and reviewing doubts about it in my textbooks. Are you doing a Q Bank, too?, which one or which one do you want to do?

They have recommended me: BRS behavioral science by barbara fadem or high yield behavioral sciences or kaplan lecture notes. Which is your recommendation/advice guys???

Hi friends, I just came back from almost a month long vacation.I left right after taking my test.When I logged on to the forum it seemed like a whole new place new names, new topics.I thought may be no body knows me here anymore then I saw my name here(samerhasna asking about my prep)it was just like finding ur friend in a crowd.I had a great vacation with my brother's family.
I took my test on June 24th, no update yet.Is anybody else in the same situation.It's been 4 weeks already.Wat's going on.After I get my result Ill post details about my test.In short it did not seem like as hard as step 1 to me but on the other hand I had the feeling that I had missed simple and basic stuff.I felt I was more focused on hard stuff and felt like banging my head for not remembering basic stuff that I took for granted.But over all it wasn't bad.Now let's see if I pass I don't want to say a lot b 4 I pass .
Another feeling that I had during the test was that stwp 1 does help.I had alot o questions tht werw simple step 1 knowledge.There were atleast10-12 question simply asking nerve supply or muscle actions(simple anatomy)bot those were not hard ones.
If u ppl have any specific questions I'll be glad to answer.I'll be in and out for getting school supplies and other stuff but I'll answer ur questions as soo as ssoon as Iget time.Good luck everyone .And please if any one who took the test arround june 24th and got updated let mmme know .I am kind of strating to freak out.
