I'm IMG, U.S citizen
I passed step 1 & 2CK with a score of 81 & 80
I don't know what is my chance to be accepted in U.S residency program?
Should I take CS or not ?

It all depends on what u want??
If you want a competitive field like dermatology/ophthal./radiology etc... then I wouldn't advice you to continue.
There are also programmes which don;t have any minimum score criteria.
