- oral contraceptives decrease the incidence of iron deficiency anemia by reducing the amount by mences - ovarian cancer incidence is decreased because there is no ovulation - no scarring of ovary - breast cancer, cervix cancer, liver cancer incidence is increased - oral contraceptives that contain both estrogens and progestins seem to lower the risk of endometrial cancer - pelvic infl disease incidence decreases....maybe because the contraceptives cause thickening of cervical mucus and impermeability (?) So the answer is breast cancer.

Very Good. I wasnt sure about the pathophysiology in Fe++ deficient anemia, but I suspected it had to do with less bleeding as you said. Thx for the crisp explanations!
