1) As prevalence increases PPV increases but NPV decreases 2)In general sensitivity and specificity do not change according to the context that the test are used. 3)I think the big thing is: Are you testing the general population or a "high risk group" 4)PPV of a test can be improved by limiting its use to a high risk population Comments ?
