Hi everybody and good luck with studying and exams! I have to start study for step 1,I have the books I need(hopefully the good ones), but I don't know where from to start or how. When I see the amount of informations I have to process in a foreign language, I feel discouraged. And I am not very familiar with all the applying stuff, what do I have to do for that? If any of you know and want to help me,I would really appreciate it.Thank you and good luck!

sorry that no one is replying, but what you are asking would take a long long letter to answer. Please read people's exam experiences on this web site to get a good idea what people read and study from, and how they start. Also, list what books you have and we can comment on how good they are. I am a big fan of Kaplan notes, but there are many other alternatives out there ... BRS, high yield, etc. I think the key is to pick one group of books/notes and read them several times. Do questions to quiz yourself too (Kaplan Q-bank, NMS, etc.). I don't know what to say about the language problem. I guess just start reading. You will get more comfortable with the info by the end of your studying. As for registering for the test, www.ecfmg.org

those books are great books. I would only advise that when you have 2 books for the same subject, they are not necessary. So pick one patho book rather than doing 2. Each one is a little different, but they will have enough info to get a 99 if you can master them. Good luck!
