Is there any chance for someone who got 75/183 on Step 2, for internal medicine?

Ironicly,
PASS = RESIDENCY
but lower score can make it hard to find a slot!
Luckily you have another chance to make it better....your step 1! Ace it! That's the best thing you can do to your residency application now! Of course USCE, and research could help....but do well on your next test! Why you are saying you are afraid now?
