Hello Bugsbunny and Dacis (if you are still here), Here i am with some more questions :?:  Do we need to use transition sentences all the time. Like when we ask for SH, or SexH, FH, PMH, etc etc. I think it takes a lot of time. Do we need to ask sexH in all cases, or just in relevant cases (like PID, reactive arthritis etc) Can I use these Abbreviations: RA (rheumatoid arhtritis), ROM(range of motion), CAD (coronary artery disease) OTC (over the counter meds) How would you ask for FH and PMH of certain diseases, we have to ask by the name of the disease like Stroke, Sickle cell anemia, etc Ok then, bye bye Sar.

Hi bugsbunny, Tell her that it is her obligation to inform all her sexual partners. All partners should know her HIV status and they should check their HIV status too, but they are not obligated, its up to them. Tell her that you can help her informing his partners if she likes or if she wants you to do that. You can set a meeting with his BF or his family and talk to them. You dont need to tell her what would you talk to them. Dr has an obligation to inform about the AIDS to the state, not about the HIV +ve status ( i am not sure about it I will let you know soon) Precautions are same as you have written. You should tell her about vaccinations that we read in step 2. Like pneumococcal, influenza and some others too. I should see that chart for it. I will ask this question to my husband and will let you know. Tell me is uw enuf or should i do other cases from other sources as well?? Its good that you are not tense now, and you should not be tensed, everyhting would be alright, just be calm and composed! Bye bye, sar.

Hi bugsbunny, I am not sure about it, but you can say that "we need to do a test to find out presence of any abnormal cells in your genital tract, ie any precancerous condition. We will take secretions from there for doing this test" If you can check this forum tomorrow, i would try to send this after asking from MD. Stay tuned! Otherwise Good luck in advance! Sar.

Hi bugsbunny, You must be ready now for exam! I havent got a chance to ask those questions to my husband. Any ways hope you have got their answers. I am putting questions here in advance for you so that when you get back you would have something to kill time I will add ques one by one to this post. 1- Are axillary and femoral nodes allowed to palpate? 2- what do you ask for assessing judgement? 3- Do you check rebound tenderness at the tender point, or away from tender point?? 4- same about Aus 5- How many cases are sufficient to be prepared for exam, are uw cases enuf? 6- what should be the order of investigations from CBC or the one which is specific for the case and last would beCBC? Best of luck, May you have a great, successful exam! [-o< Sar. Elm I think i answered your question at CK forum, dont worry, you will be fine. Good luck! <:help:> If anyone other than bugsbunny know the answers, please share your knowledge with us! Thanks. Sar.

You are allowed to palpate axillary and femoral lymphnodes . Just use appropriate draping . To assess judgement you can ask : " What would you do if you run out of medicine ?" or "What would you do if you find adressed and stamped envelope on the street ?" I think UW cases should be enough . Some of them are exactly like the ones you could get on exam . I also used First Aid book . When ordering tests start with more important and specific ones . But also keep in mind the cost - if you have 2 specific tests ( for example , CT and MRI ) order the one that taht is less expensive .

Hi bugsbunny, I was waiting for your post. From your post i can assess that you had a good exam. May you pass it! So enjoy and celebrate, you are done with all these exams! You are brave that you are thinking about step 3 today . I was not expecting your reply today, but its so nice of you that you replied my message after a tiring exam. Yes it is top secret , I will let you know about my center after my test day Dont go from here, keep visitng this page till my exam. I have to ask many more questions. Can you tell me about that CD, what does it contain, more cases?? can you just tell me the cc of those cases (that are not in uw) ,not now, but later, when you get back to your home after a good rest. Bye bye =; Sar.

I want you to tell me if 1 month of preparation is enough for CS??? If yes, i have to pick first week of april whereever if there is openning before my vocation, if not i have to postpone it till i come back. Please tell me your true opinoin regarding this issue as i have no clue about this whole CS stuff.
