dear friends,I'm getting ready to take csa for match 2006,scores 90/85 old graduate,I want to know how important is observship or LOR ?if I could have good LOR from a doctor that I go regulary to his office as medical assistance?is it enouph?how about step3?thanks

Same questions here. Somebody said doing a volunteer might help or even a social work that's irrelavent to medical field. I have no idea which to look for first.
