Using reverse transcriptase and mRNA transcribed from the human glucokinase gene , a researcher constructs a single-stranded cDNA. This cDNA will hybridize with which of the following sequences associated with the glucokinase gene ? (A) An enhancer sequence (B) An exon sequence from the coding strand (C) An intron sequence from the template strand (D) The promoter sequence from the coding strand (E) The Shine-Dalgarno sequence from the template strand

My ans is also (B). The mRNA is a complement of the exon template strand, therefore identical to the exon coding strand. The cDNA is a complement to the mRNA, therefore it will hybridize to the expn coding strand.
