I have been doing critical review (systematic review) of medical literature during the last one year in an outcomes research firm. Should I include this in my resume? Will it make a difference? I have also have a M.P.H degree

you have to include it in your resume irrespective of whther you want to or not....otherwise how else will you explain the gap of 1 year??
