when and howlong should i be taking breaks during the exam? like should i take a 5 min break after each block? or save it all for lunch? oh and what kind of food did people bring to eat? my mother told me to take hard candy to suck on to keep my glucose levels up thruout the exam. does the test center allow u to eat during the exam? thank you in advance for any help.

hi ,

u can take ur food..but not in to test place..u will be keeping them in a locker...u can take sandwich for lunch, may be with cheese ...or a subway sub...take few choclates to have during break..u can have starbucks frappucino too if u r used to coffee..take break as
2 blocks-break-2 blocks-lunch-2block-break-1block
if u happened to finish the blocks in 50-55 min (including revision)..use that time for additional breaks as needed..
u can skip tutor or simple glance through it ..so that u will save 10 additional min..
all the best..

Pop in a hard candy after every break before you come back and face another battle. You may take a break for 5-10 mins after 2 blocks depending on how much free time you got. Don't eat too much for lunch, a sandwich will do. Then a mini choco bar during your succeeding breaks. Have a heavy breakfast instead and munch all you want after the exam. Have a decaf coffee too, if you're a coffee person, that is...otherwise stick to good old water!

Good Luck! smiling face
