anyone here likes Martial Arts or likes to practice any martial Art?
I like Chinese and Indonesian Martial Arts. I am practicing Judo at this moment and Chen style Tai chi.

I am a karateka, a shotokan sho dan and a brown belt in aikido. I also practice iaido and kobudo, the art of weapon.
But now, i am occupied with step 1. No time to kick or punch. what a pity!!

I have done sho dan in Okinawa Goju karatedo.... 7 years ago.. practise my katas on & off... but nothing like a shiai or randori ... no partners...besides on streets of Orpington where i live.. not much of violence to protect myself or anyone else from  & of course.... the USMLE is taking its toll...
