hi BBB,am currently in the process of interviewing and was wondering if it matters if you are interviewed by a program director,assistanr PD or attending. does it mean if you are not interviewed by the PD you are of lower rank?btw, thanks for all the useful info

I can't really answer that - at my hospital the PD sees all the applicants. The associate directors share the candidates, and they just kinda of grab files that catch their eye.
