Just went through this with a young woman who didn't want to go back to India to get her visa. She applied in April. She started working on November 1. We held on - barely - another 15 days and we would have hired someone else.

hey thanks for that reply....I hear you..I mean that's what people tell me too...but some get it like in five months...and I signed last week so I was thinking I could get a jump on it.....but how bout going to india to get it...any info on where is good and if the chances are worse or better than staying here??? I am totally divided and any advice would be great right now....thanks Mike
