Also trombolitic therapy, beta blockers, ACE inh. and aspirin decreases mortality after MI :roll:

The first drug of choice to decrease mortality is a beta block the DOC in an acute event (less than 3 hrs) tPA

Better yet, I believe the only drug clinically proven to reduce mortaility is a B-blocker.

Notice--Although they say that beta blockers reduce mortality, they NEVER say that they will increase your life

Is that not implied? Trure, I suppose they cant prevent you from getting hit by a car, but in an isolated condition, a decrease in mortality should equal a comcomitant increase in life.
