answer- cefoperazone.

Also seen with tolbutamide and metronidzole a" Disulfiram like affect".

*1)inhibits acetaldehyde dehydrogenase
*2)Inhibits dopamine -B-hydroxylase

Isolated case reports have described disulfiram-like reactions with tri-methoprim-sulfamethoxazole, chloramphenicol, griseofulvin, or furazolidone when combined with alcohol.
