1 Cushing syndrome vs cushing disease ? 2. Addisonian syndrome vs Addison's disease ? As my knowledge Cushing disease is from pituitary origin, and addison disease is from adrenal origin !!!!! Any one can give more ideas, and explain ?

Cush dzz is from primary pituitary adenoma with oversecretion of ACTH. Cush synd is from other causes of hypercortizol, most often iatrogenic. Addison's dzz primary and sendary, is hypocortizol, due to either auto AB to cortex or not enough of ACTH or CRH. Addisson's synd is glandular disorder caused by failure of function cortex and marked by anaemia and prostration with brownish skin.

it takes some effort to strip the rest of my recall garabage that is associated with some knowledge, and presnt just important things, or at least what I think is important. :-)
