Dear Ms BBB, thank you for your answers!
I am interviewing for a categorical position at a hospital.
The position is for 5y. I am considering doing 3y and then going on to do 3 more y(ears) in a supplementing specialty. Will this pose a contractual problem for me? Are the contracts binding for 5y in a position like this?

yes they are. but you can leave in b/w but than u wont be eligible to be board certified i think.
not sure though.
