Do u think the Goljan note (pathology notes) is worthy to go through before exam? How about “pre-test” book for exam?
And, How is Board Simulator CD? Is that good? And how is Appleton-Lange Step 1 CD?
There are too many materials. I am not sure which one is good

as far as i know...goljan audio lectures r good...
also u can use BSS..to work out more qs...read all kaplan books alone..work out kaplan q bank and q book...add BSS qs too..listen to goljan lectures...u will do great..all the best
