I have been told that from this year programs can't offer prematch any more due to restrictions. I am not sure if its true? Any thoughts?

happy New Year... to all of you fellow forum-ers
about prematches......In general, do programs hold it against you, when they prepare the rank order, if you decline a prematch?

Programs are still offering prematches. this year... so foar I hear that they usually phone you to make an offer.......

i've heard that programs DO hold it against you if they offer prematch and you don't accept..i guess if you don't accept they don't think you're really interested so they will not waste their top ranking on you
