Hi,
The best way to do is a web search. You may do a Google search using the key words and find the relevent articles on similar studies. The Evidence Based Medicine is also a good site to find about related study on a given disease or medication. The sample size calculation is more of a statistician's job. You may want to check with a statistician too. Good Luck!
