1) A "U" wave may indicate hypokalemia.
2)A sloping "ST" segment may represent Dig. effect or an infarct.
3)Peaked T's may occur in hyperkalemia.
4)The p wave is the a wave in the jugular venous diagram (atrial contraction)

mj...not sure what u mean... but p wave is the wave od atrial depolarization ... and a wave is the jugular diagram wave.

i was just referring to the a wave being as you say atrial depolarization.
But they also like the that jugular venous diagram with the a wave, c wave, and v wave. Most likely they'll question us more about the c and v wave on that jugular venous pulse diagram. All related to cardiac physio.
