Dear BBB,

I had an interview in a place where they have never interviewed an IMG before.

They have never sponsored visa either.

Programme director does not have a clue reg. J1/H1 either.

I am keen for H1.

He told me that he will give any type of letters for Visa.

How do i get H1 visa as they have never sponsored H1 visa before.

Please help me.

You find an immigration attorney, make certain that the hospital can work with them. You might even check with the legal department in the hospital for a reference of some attorneys. They will walk you through all the steps.

Keep lines of communication open with your program director.
