Hi, Does anybody know How long it takes to get work permit after My husband applying for Green card? (in our state getting Green card takes 3-4 years ) Thanks

Thank you for good news. Were you on H4 when you got your work permit or you were on 'change status'?

How long did it take you to become off-status from H4? I have heard that it approximately takes 2.5years in MD State...is this right?
