Does anyone know what kind of changes they make in USMLE First Aid each year? They come out with a new edition each year, meaning they must make some sort of changes, but is it worth buying a new edition for $40 if the one from two or three years ago is virtually identical at half the price?

when do you take the exam?
and what edition are you using?
if you're using a 2003 or 2004, then i dont think its worth upgrading.
If you're using a 2002 or older, I would probably look into buying the new one.
my opnion.
they add stuff, remove stuff as they see fight in each editionl
