Hi! I'm an IMG and I'm planning to take the exam early quarter next year. What reviewers did you use? Do you know of any free sites that I could use? I'm not well off like most IMGs taking the USMLE. I am here only because of a scholarship! I need all the help I could get. Thanks! Good luck to everyone smiling face

just to clarify..not all IMG's are well off.. grin I have to work so I could pay for exams.. Anyway, Kaplan is a really good book for only 30 US dollars..there's also a website for downloading cases, but the cases in Kaplan should prepare you for the exam.
