about KAPLAN online-simulated exam......
From what I hear, cd-simulated is more difficult.
I scored 76% on online, but I'm nevous.
Which is more difficult?
Do I also have to take cd exam?
real exam in 12days...

I would not worry. The real exam is nothing like either of these. Take your NBME to get a good feeling of how you will do. But I think with that score you should do very well on the test.
