Reading the 40 cases downloadable in this site, few times I do not agree with the likelihood of the differential diagnosis or some diagnostic work up (does anybody think that in case of suspected angina a CBC would be more important than a EKG - which is not included in the work-up...)
In other terms: should we consider those examples as "the best way of solve them to pass the exam" or just focus on the cases, how they are presented and the checklist?
Thank you
