"Graduates of International Medical Schools must have a MINIMUM of 2 months clinical experience (“hands on”) with patients in a U.S. Teaching Hospital to qualify for review. Experience in a Canadian Teaching Hospital does not meet this requirement. An “Observership” and “Externship” do not meet the requirement. "

What does this program want us to do?

bbb - trying to combine common sense and humour into realistic answers, but not going to guess on anyone's chances of getting into a position....

I had a question bbb.
If I apply for a transitional position and apply next year for a categorical Im residency thats good US hands on clinical experience right?
or if I apply for a preliminary position in a community hospital can I apply next year for a university hospital? does that make my chences better for getting into a more prestigous University?
