Does it increase or decrease the number of WBC ? Why ?

Increases... demargination from walls of vessels. Steroids cause decrease expression of selectins on the WBC surface, hence more of them appear in blood stream...essentially its a fake increase.

the same mechanism for Lithium and Epinephrine

Increases: Neutrophile,Thrombocyte,Erythrocyte

Decreases: Eosinopile,Basophile,Lymphocyte
