Ach is transmitter in the ganglionic synapse. Norepinephrine is the transmitter at the neuroeffector synapse. The receptors in the ganglion are N-cholinoceptors. The receptors at the neuroeffector junction are alpha and beta adrenoreceptors. What "Exactly" are the exceptions in this nervous system??

In sweat gland, the sympathetic system uses acetylcholine as neurotransmitter, not NE.

  #3

OK but Id say sympathetic M-cholinergic innervation of some sweat glands.
But there are 3 others!!

piloerrectormuscles of the skin....?

  #5

maybe if thats related to M cholinergic innervation of some blood vessels.
Now there are 2 more!

In blood vessels to the skeletal muscle does the sympathetic system use Ach as well?

  #7

Skeletal muscle vessel dilation is mostly B2 symp, but M2 cholinergic does play a minor role.

  #8

Vascular smooth muscle in skeletal muscle has sympathetic cholinergic dilator fibers.

  #9

Guys there are still 2 more exceptions!!

Correct-N-cholinergic innervation of the adrenal medulla
But there is 1 more!
