dear friends,
Please help me here, my exam is in 5 days and i am faring very poorly in behavioural science and biochemistry rets are all ok, can you tell me please what do i need to do because i have read here that some exams contain majority of behav sciences questions?
i am taking nbme in two days time

Dear katzung,
Please take heart - you have prepared long and hard for this exam. Don't let these 5 days unnerve you. It's very normal to get stressed out.
I wish I could tell you that I'm one of those people who passed Step 1, but as a repeat exam taker who did in the 99th percentile range in behavioral sciences (my strongest subject) here's some advice:
1. Read through BRS Behavioral science by Barbara Fadem. You will zip through it in 2 days time. Everything you need to know is in there.
2. What areas in behavioral science are you having trouble with? If you can pinpoint those areas, then you have won half the battle.
3. Do you have the Kaplan notes? The behavioral science book is written very well. Read those chapters that pertain to your weak areas.
