what's the mech of action of propiothyuracil and warfarin (i.e. what enzyme does it inihibit... and what's the function of that enzyme)

PTU inhibits the oxidation of I- to I2.

An other important mechanism of propylthiuracil is the inhibition of 5' deiodinase so there is no conversion of T4 into T3 in the peripheral tissue
