Hi all,
I have a 10yr multiple entry visa and have a valid i 94 till march 8th.
But i want to stay for match date. I was told that if i apply for visa extension and it gets denied my 10yr multiple entry visa is cancelled automatically, is it true.
I have a personal commitment in January end.So if i go to India will there be any problem at Port of Entry.I am hoping i will have step 3 permit ,but the officer can ask me that since i am giving the exam before march 8th,why did i leave in the first place.
Please advise.I am confused.
