Hepatitis B vaccine will decrease or eliminate disease in:

a)Hepatitis B
b)Hepatocellularcarcinoma
c)Hepatitis D

C...since it does not really develop unless B is present. Yhe Delta particle is a conditional mutatnt...rahter substitutional mutant.

???? HCC curred by HBV vaccine???? never heard about it..though I can see the sequlae of immunizing...but CURE???

Hep-B vaccin cannot cure or eliminate it once it is acquired. The vaccine prevents hepatitis infection in persons who never had hepatitis B infection before. If you are talking about the immunoglobulins then to some extent the answer is acceptable because it can control the virus in early stages of infection. ( Please correct me if I am wrong).

Im just saying Hep B vaccine will will decrease the incidence of someone getting hepatocellularCA from Hepatitis B but not Hepatitis C. Perhaps Im stretching it a little.

I think you are... but that is just my opinion :-)
The principle is well appreciated...PREVENTION is the best medicine.
