There was a question on some exam, im not saying which, & it was talking about some hispanic person who instead of complying with medical regimen told his wife he didn't need to eat less fatty food, but less spicy food (anyways, choices were: a. poor doctor pt relation b. health belief model

I did not liek this question. I did not think it was specific enough at all. But being a behavioral science question I will stick with my theory to pick the lamest answer and I said D.
