hello guys,
how was the chat krushna & shyma? Is there a way I could access to it? My comp is acting up . we may have to bring it to the store to have it fixed.. It's a nuisance>>
Anyway, I did a lot of Pharma today, trying to focus on MOA & side effects.. Are Kaplan & FA enough for this subj?What do u guys think?

Kerochi ,most of the ppl told me that pharma is more than enough from Kaplan notes and FA .It really covered most of the questions on blackwell as well .It will be more useful if u add to FA things specifically mentioned in kaplan lectures .

kaplan and FA shud be more than sufficient for pharmac.i studied from these 2 sources only and i dont think there is any deficit in either of these books.few topics are more good in FA and few in kaplan .so i suggest you to be thorough with both these books.

thanks shyma & kiran.. I'll just write some notes or q/s also from Blackwell to my FA. I'll go to Barnes & Nobles today to compare my 2000 FA to FA 2005 so i dont have to buy it.. Its costly 40.00 bucks & enough for my NBME practice test later on so save rt?

I had to wake up early today to finish my pharm notes.. will start microbio soon..reading is getting to my nerves now.. its frustrating to know i still have lots to cover. I did anatomy q's & seems like I did not study it at all... gosh...
well, just got to practice more...

hey guys,
hope everybodys nervous now.. ooopppsss i mean hope everyone's not as nervous as me... after reading berkeleyboy & pray4md test experiences... LISTEN GUYS FIRST AID , FIRST AID MASTER MASTER MASTER IT>>> I went to Barnes & NObles the other day & I said I will just compare my 2001 edition w/ the 2005 ed. bec I was trying to save my $42 bucks for other stufff but hey.. I ended up buying the new edition... My old one was from my sister not to mention her many notes on it... so i got a fresh new one for me... I noticed there were lots of addition plus tips... Sooo there goes another money but it's okay I hope to pass & will pass this test so I don't have to pay MLE again.nor buy any other book for this step.. so Please HELP ME GOD.. HELP US GOD!!!
I plan to stay up late tonite bec Im nervous & I want to accomplish lots of reading.. I am getting deaf from listening to Kaplan DVD lect..sometimes the sounds not too good... but its okay .. can live w/ it..

Hi team,
I have been quiet for a while. But my mind is still with your guys and my books. In the mid of my reading Kaplan, in this time, I spent more time on reading book instead of doing tons of test without asking why. Have not told the fruit yet. Usually it takes a while to know how effective I have got from study.

ys i agree that this tension and nervousness is pushing me much faster.and now the countdown has started.we all can do it.coming to my studies,i completed micro from kaplan notes and now i'll go thru FA and do my Questions....

hi to all team members,
how's everyone doing.. It's back to school so I am going to savor my solitude in studying again...will start in few mins.
BTW kiran, I only finished 17 pp of FA Anatomy , Ill finish the sub today. I still have to do my Kaplan DVD's . I think I just have to concentrate on finishing up my reading for now until I could totally do q's. I hope to take the test by end of MAY so if I will devote 10h/day of studying I can do that. I get lazy at times & it's not good. My family's pressuring me (in a good way) & Im tired of not working so hopefully after we get this test done everything else follows...SO let's do it!!!

how are ur studies going?did you complete anatomy?i was stuck with beh sci and cud not do anatomy FA.well i completed beh sci but i'm left with few pgs in FA.i will complete them tomorrow and then shift over to patho and physio. :roll: :!: :!:
so you are having time till may end and 10 hrs/day is a great amount.you can do it.these exams will make us do all such things.today i studied for 8hrs and feel so tired now.usually i sit for around 4-5 hrs/day. :x :evil: :x :shock:

Know what? My sis & I missed another opportunity to do residency..my bro-in law's friend said that there were 2 open positions at their hospital that were not filled for FP..drill!!! so hurry & PASS.. & let's go on w/ our lives....time is soo precious to waste as well as $$.
