I took the exam on Dec. 2nd. I don’t feel very thankful with what I done or I exaggerated this feeling because of my fear of fail. The exam surprised me in some way,it was not very difficult but it had a different type of q. with very long text and not necessary the top rated subject. In qbank after 2000q you know from the beginning –in almost q- what it want and what information are important and what are less important, in real exam you know nothing from the beginning, and many long q describing classic findings from a disease and in the end it tell you what the disease are and ask other things. More than 15q from behavioral –I think- with “what are your best answer in this situation?”type ( I didn’t learn from anywhere what are the best answers in this cases). I feel very nervous in this time before the results are coming because I’m not very sure what I’ve done ( about ≈ 50%from exam q I’m sure that I choose right answer but other 50’s I guess from two or three variants that seemed to me right. My score before the exam it was:
Q-bankscore:70-75%
Kaplan simulated cd: 68%
Usmle cd: 38/40/43
If anybody can guide me when and how(step by step) can I use OASIS trick ( I hope that is not any risk in this; Nothing bad can happen with use of this trick?). TK

Thank you very much Natallia, your message is realy good. I see that i have little chance to know the result before Christmas or even new year's eve. It/s harder now to control my feelings than bf the exam.

i am going to take test december 8. i do not what to read and what to do. you have better scors than me. i took NBME. my csore was 480.

don't worry about score you need to be strong and be sure that you can make this step. You have a big step in front of me, you know the english language, i'm an IMG who learn english as a second foreign language in high school, in the beginning i study(for USMLE) with dictionary next to me, it was very hard for me and evan if in the last i reach to read acceptable and use very rare dictionary, on the exam because of long text i have to guess some q(becase of little time for me to read entire text, about 15q). My opinion in the last day read all your important notes(what you write on the books through rows or your personal notes),and try to read and recognize(two times) with on side cover(1st time cover right side, 2nd time cover left side) the rapid review(section II from 1st aid). to make for you an impression of my english capability, this message take for me nearly one hour.
