I wanted to know how the scramble works, and what are the chances that an IMG with no interviews so far get any position trough the scramble??
By the way (to bbb), thanks for all the info that you have given us though this forums.

In the scramble, you sit by the phone and call every program you can. It used to be you would fax them all your stuff, now you just send it through ERAS. So I wonder given the delay in ERAS sending these things how it works. But yes, even if you didn't get an interview, you can still get a position in the scramble.

I can't give advice on the scramble because we haven't had openings after the match since before I started working here....

yes, if you match, you are stuck and can't scramble
