Took Step 1 in September and Step 2 in early November.
Worked full time while studying.
Did the following:
First Aid
Crush Step 2
USMLE World 58% - all questions, random, unused, finished day before exam
Mock the Exam/Boards - 75%
USMLE Practice CD - did first block 89%
Real score 220/89!

The exam was so tiring. Terribly long, so many questions. Time was OK.
It seemed all the specialties were well-represented. Still using the old test delivery system. I didn't feel great after the exam. I was just plain exhausted. The questions were sometimes quite tricky.
UW is good preparation. However, I would warn everyone not to make too much of correlations. I've seen people with 61% on UW score in the high 90's, but have also heard of those with the exact same score failing the exam.
Good luck everyone! Now on to worrying about the CS (taken less than 2 weeks after CK... :shock:
