Pickwickian Sx.....This Sx is named after a British famous autor's novel character Mr Pickwick....he is short and fat ...allways out of breath and sweats.
Obesity---> obstructive sleep apnea--->Cor pulm
Obesity---> lack of activity + sedentary life style + heavy weight--->venous stasis---->Varicose veins
Obesity---> exsess fat in abdomen---> pushes stomach up--->hernia :|
Obesity---> heavy burden on weight bearing joints---> OA
