:-) It is just an expression, Dr. Singh246...meaning, that you are probably expecting a correct answer to be IL-1..however, IL-4 is also secreted by Mac's, as far I know, and both of these interleukins appear in the answer choices. However, upon further pondering, I think I am mixing up Macs as being targets for IL-4 rather than producers :-)
