thanx for response but does emergency medicine is a primary care right? I mean you if you can diag acute MI you can not perform cardiac cath right away(door to needle time) so are you kinda under the cardiologist,neurologist? (I don't intend to insult any one,I, myself,is in emer. training program )

you mean u r doing emer med residency? well emer med isnt considered specifically primary care cuz its a hospital based speciality. still primary care is a very broad term and you cant exactly say what fits is and what not.

I just want to know other opinions,in you guy country what can the emergency doctor do,have to do?
