Hi everyone,
I am presently doing residency in pediatrics in the U.K but i eventually want to come to the U.S to further my career.I want to know how competitive it is to get into a residency program for pediatrics and what other criteria that would be of advantage apart from good USMLE scores and U.S experience.I would be very grateful for any help with this questions.

Hi,
To my knowledge the work experience and qualification from UK are to your advantage. The USMLE score and the number of attempts are also a criteria for the selection. These are my experience by the questions asked by the PDs during my calls.
