I an IMG not going for USMLE, but has been offered Observership.
Accepting the Observership is a problem as it obviously is not a paid position and my Financial reserves are on the lower side. : (
How does one fend for himself during Observership ?

One of my friend was in the same situation last year, she came and did the observership on her own spend---totally. If you don't care to stay in US, it's all about watch how things are going on here and communicate with those American doctors.
