S3 is the right answer waiting for the curative therapy of dilated heart failiure may need heart transplant surgery how many ppl do afford this and how many centers are doing this

my dear zaki..... it's dilated cardiomyopathy....due to alcoholism... before jumping on to heart transplantation first look for medical options... stop alcohol, start ace inhibitors,diuretics and digoxin...as in any other case of congestive heart failure.... the patient may definitely improve......
