Can anyone briefly describe Type III hypersensitivity and name 7 diseases?

type III hypersensitivity involves antigen antibody complexes that cause complement activation and subsequent tissue damage
some examles are

1.lupus nephritis
2.henoch schonlein purpura
3.post strep GM nephritis
4.serum sickness
5.PAN
6.rheumatoid arthritis
7.Farmers lung

Q : patient takes hydralazine & develops drug induced SL :wink: E. what type?

IMP. POINT IN TYPE III ,,,CIRCULATING,,,,,IMMUNE COMPLEX ,,NOT,, LIKE TYPE II
IN WHICH IMMUNE COMPLEX ,,FIXED,,,TO WALL OR CELL MEMB. OF AFFECTED CELL,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,THIS IS THE MOST CONFUSING POINT IN DEFFRINTIATION BET, TYPE II AND TYPE III,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,BEST REGARDS
