Im not sure of gastric motility, but ACh Hitamine and Gastrin promote gastric secretion ACh -in all cell types gastrin and histamine are known for very strongly stimulating acid from parietal cells and to a lesser extent the chief cells. Furthermore HCL stimuates still additional enteric reflex that not only stimulates more HCL but stimulate the secretion of (chief) peptic cells to increase by as much as 2-4 times. Hope this helps.

Gastrin decreases motility, promotes dilation of stomach, and increases acid, to promote digestion

 HCl + pepsinogen = pepsin Basic Factors that stimulate gastric secretion are Ach, histamine and gastrine..... Ach stimulates secretion of pepsinogen by peptic cells, HCl by parietal cells Gastrin stimulate secretion of acid by parietal cells, gastrin is stimulated by the vagus nerve and the enteric reflexes. Histamine is a coofactor for stimulating acid secretion, it amplifies the effect of the above two factors when they act on the pariteal cells.

So basically Gastrin enchances gastric contractions in response to antral distension, hence it increases gastric motility.

If Gastrin would have increased BOTH acid level in stomach and motility... we would have been in troble. 1st-- acid needs time to work so the lss motility the better breakdown, more motility less breakdown, more problems digesting. 2nd--all that acid with increased motility would escape to Doudenum, and cause PUD. So I stand by my answer... It DECREASES motility... unless someone can produce a TEXTBOOK, not reference book, explanation of vise versa effect.
