what is lysogeny. is it different fron lytic transduction. what are conjugal crosses . kindly explain. thanks in advance

Its dependent on a repressor protein. It is when the host DNA duplicates and so does the phage.

is repressor not involved in lytic transduction. can u clarify a bit more. also can u explain conjugal crosses and how they differ from each other.
