:roll: MAY BE A BIT DUMB, BUT FRIENDS CAN YOU please tell me during DNA denaturation or melting there is preservation of covalent bonds does this only refer to phosphodiester bonds between two sugars? thanks by the way what are thae favouring leading to DNA denaturation?

1) Ill say yes 2)Causes denaturation-altered ph, heat 3)AT denaturates at a lower temp then GC-because of 2 H bonds compared to 3 H bonds
